Overview

Drive the growth of a relationship-based real estate business by executing a comprehensive marketing strategy and managing structured content calendars. You will serve as the primary marketing engine, handling everything from social media consistency to professional email campaigns for warm lead nurturing.

Schedule:

• Part-time (20 hours per week) with potential to scale to full-time. Working hours are 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the client's real estate brand and business goals
• Create and manage a structured marketing calendar to ensure consistent and deliberate content delivery
• Maintain brand consistency across social media platforms, email campaigns, and all marketing channels
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture warm leads and strengthen client relationships
• Manage calendar scheduling, email correspondence, and day-to-day administrative coordination
• Build and present a 30-60-90 day marketing plan with clear milestones and deliverables

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably supporting small businesses or solo entrepreneurs
• Strong understanding of social media management as part of a broader marketing strategy
• Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp
• High level of attention to detail and ability to maintain brand integrity across all touchpoints
• Strong written communication skills with a professional and polished tone
• Self-starter who can take direction and execute independently with minimal supervision

Scope:

• Part-time role starting at 20 hours per week with potential to scale to full-time

• Bi-weekly check-in meetings via Zoom with ongoing communication through Slack
