Appointment Setter (Remote)
We’re looking for a driven and resilient Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified meetings through high-volume outbound outreach and helping fuel our sales pipeline.
Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm EST with one hour of unpaid break
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
- Follow established scripts and messaging to ensure consistency and effectiveness
- Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and manage calendar accuracy
- Accurately track and log all call activity, outcomes, and prospect details
- Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets
Requirements
- Strong and clear English communication skills
- Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing
- Ability to confidently handle objections and rejection
- Strong attention to detail when logging data and scheduling appointments
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
What You’ll Be Doing
- Working full-time (40+ hours per week) in a fully remote setup

- Collaborating with a distributed team to ensure smooth workflows
- Being measured on call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Reporting directly to the Hiring Manager for daily guidance and performance tracking
