Appointment Setter (Remote)

We’re looking for a driven and resilient Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for generating qualified meetings through high-volume outbound outreach and helping fuel our sales pipeline.

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm EST with one hour of unpaid break 

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective clients
• Follow established scripts and messaging to ensure consistency and effectiveness
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team and manage calendar accuracy
• Accurately track and log all call activity, outcomes, and prospect details
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly call and appointment-setting targets

Requirements

• Strong and clear English communication skills
• Proven experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing
• Ability to confidently handle objections and rejection
• Strong attention to detail when logging data and scheduling appointments
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working full-time (40+ hours per week) in a fully remote setup

• Focusing on outbound calls to book qualified meetings for the sales team
• Collaborating with a distributed team to ensure smooth workflows
• Being measured on call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality
• Reporting directly to the Hiring Manager for daily guidance and performance tracking
