Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal – Corporate to support our UK-based legal and corporate advisory team. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in a professional practice environment (law firm or professional services firm), with exposure to corporate, tax, and legal work.

You will play a key role in delivering corporate legal support to both UK and international clients while working closely with internal legal, tax, and accounting teams.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM UK time 1-hour unpaid lunch (8 hours per day/40 hours per week). 

Key Responsibilities

• Provide paralegal support on corporate legal matters for UK and international clients
• Assist in the preparation and review of corporate documents (e.g., incorporations, board resolutions, shareholder agreements)
• Support corporate compliance processes and regulatory filings
• Conduct legal research and assist with case and transaction preparation
• Maintain accurate, organized legal and corporate records
• Liaise with internal teams across legal, accounting, and tax functions
• Coordinate with international partners and external advisors as needed

Requirements

• Paralegal qualification or equivalent legal education
• Proven experience in a law firm or professional services environment (essential; in-house experience alone is not sufficient)
• Exposure to corporate law, tax, and legal processes
• Strong understanding of corporate compliance and documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Spanish language skills are an advantage but not required
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Reliable internet connection and suitable home office setup
