Job Overview:

We are seeking two sales development representatives to make high-volume outbound phone calls (60–120 per day) to warm leads generated by the company's lead generation platform. Responsibilities include following the provided scripts, qualifying B2B leads, setting appointments for the internal sales team, and accurately logging call outcomes.

Client Overview:

A full-service digital agency based in South Florida serves business clients across the United States and has built its own lead generation platform that produces a high volume of inbound leads. However, the current in-house sales team lacks the manpower to follow up on all leads, resulting in missed revenue opportunities. The agency is looking to onboard sales development representatives who can make outbound phone calls to warm leads provided by the agency. The primary market operates on Eastern Time. English fluency is essential, and Spanish-speaking capability is also beneficial, given the South Florida client base. The company seeks a cost-effective, scalable staffing solution that allows them to trial representatives on a part-time basis before committing to full-time engagement.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within the client's business hours (between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm) (US Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Scope:

  • Telephonic outreach only; no video or on-camera requirements
  • Two representatives to be hired initially as part of a trial period
  • Opportunity to grow into a larger team as the company scales its outbound sales operations

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound phone calls (60–120 calls per day) to warm leads provided by the company's lead generation platform
  • Follow the provided scripts while maintaining a natural, engaging conversation with prospects
  • Qualify B2B leads and set appointments or hand off opportunities to the internal sales team
  • Accurately log call outcomes and update lead records to ensure pipeline visibility
  • Communicate the value of the agency's digital services clearly and persuasively to business owners and decision-makers

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of B2B sales or cold calling experience, preferably in a high-volume outbound environment
  • Fluent English communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
  • Spanish language ability is a strong plus, but not required
  • Strong ability to handle objections and maintain composure during repetitive outreach
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
