Responsibilities
- Manage LinkedIn outreach across multiple profiles, including sending connection requests and follow-up messages at volume
- Copy, paste, and deliver pre-written LinkedIn messaging sequences to targeted prospects
- Respond to prospect inquiries using a provided FAQ document to ensure accurate and consistent communication
- Schedule discovery meetings using Calendly and book them directly into the client's diary
- Re-engage older connections by filtering and running campaign messaging to existing contacts on mature profiles
- Monitor and maintain activity across all assigned LinkedIn profiles to maximize daily connection and messaging limits
Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative or virtual assistant roles involving repetitive, process-driven tasks
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional tone across all messages
- High level of attention to detail to ensure messaging accuracy and correct use of FAQs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within set operating hours
- Familiarity with LinkedIn as a platform and an understanding of connection and messaging workflows
Scope
- Part-time engagement of approximately 20 hours per week (4–5 hours per day, 5 days a week)
- Working hours aligned to London time (approximately 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT, flexible within that window)
- Management of up to four LinkedIn profiles simultaneously
- Reporting directly to George with clear communication on daily progress and any prospect responses
- Adherence to provided scripts, FAQs, and outreach processes with no deviation unless instructed
