Our client is looking for a Property Management Administrator to handle lease renewals, rent adjustments, tenant communication, and administrative support across a portfolio of approximately 40–45 properties. You will work within established systems to ensure compliance with Australian property management standards. Responsibilities
- Lease Management & Compliance: Manage lease agreement renewals, ensure timely processing, and implement rent increases in line with regulations. Ensure all documentation is accurate, compliant, and monitored to prevent lapses.
- Tenant Communication: Handle inquiries related to lease administration and communicate updates regarding renewals and rent adjustments with professional, timely correspondence.
- CRM & System Management: Maintain accurate property and tenant records in Console. Ensure all updates, notes, and documents are properly recorded and organized for audit purposes.
- Administrative Support: Support day-to-day tasks across the portfolio, focusing on the lease lifecycle and maintaining efficient record-keeping systems.
- Operational Focus: Support a portfolio of approximately 40–45 rental properties while ensuring strict adherence to Australian property management standards.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in property management or real estate administration
- Proficiency in Console property management software
- Strong understanding of lease agreements, renewals, and rent increase processes
- Close attention to detail and organizational skills
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
