Job Overview
Our client is a therapist and coach specializing in neurodiversity, sexuality, and gender. We are seeking a creative, proactive, and open-minded Social Media & Admin Assistant to help expand the practice’s digital footprint. The primary goal of this role is to drive engagement and grow a following through relatable, educational, and intimacy-positive content. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about ADHD advocacy, intimacy education, and gender-affirming resources, offering a unique opportunity to transition into direct client support.

Monday - Thursday, 7:30 AM - 12:30 PM PST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Social Media Management (~75%):
- Content Creation: Design and draft engaging posts, reels, and stories using Canva and other creative tools.
- Strategy & Growth: Proactively pitch and execute fresh ideas to increase exposure and grow the following.
- Authentic Engagement: Interact authentically with the audience regarding core themes (ADHD, intimacy education, and gender).
- Scheduling: Maintain a consistent posting rhythm and manage the content calendar.
- Administrative Support (~25%):
- General Tasks: Assist with varied tasks such as research projects, digital file organization, and travel booking.
- Communication: Maintain clear, open, and responsive communication regarding project status and deadlines.
- Future Expansion: For the right candidate, the role may expand to include "body doubling" or organizational support for ADHD clients (training provided).
Requirements

- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Canva, Google Workspace, and major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.).
- Proactive Mindset: Ability to take initiative and pitch new strategies rather than waiting for instructions.
- Reliability: High level of personal organization; ability to structure your own time and show up consistently.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a warm, personable tone.
