Real Estate Cold Caller (Lofty CRM)

Job Overview

Our client is a growing real estate brokerage looking for a meticulous Cold Caller to manage incoming leads and conduct outbound follow-up. This role is the critical first link in the sales chain; you will vet and prepare prospects before they reach the brokerage’s closing agents. The team relies on your ability to perform high-quality qualification and maintain perfect data integrity. This position requires someone who excels at professional phone engagement and understands that accurate note-taking is the key to preventing miscommunication and lost opportunities.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible within 9 am - 5 pm PDT (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to incoming real estate leads generated from various advertisements and marketing campaigns.
  • Utilize the Lofty CRM system to follow up with prospects, maintain engagement, and track lead status through the pipeline.
  • Gather relevant information from prospects and assess their motivation and readiness to move forward in the sales process.
  • Record all call interactions with detailed, accurate, and structured notes in the CRM for broker review.
  • Transition qualified leads to brokerage agents with complete and verified information to facilitate a smooth closing process.

Requirements

  • Proven Cold Calling Experience: Demonstrated success in an outbound calling or lead generation role.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working with real estate leads or within the real estate industry
  • System Proficiency: Ability to quickly master CRM workflows and follow established documentation protocols.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects professionally over the phone.
  • Detail Orientation: A strong commitment to accurate data entry and thorough note-taking.

Qualifications

  • Familiarity with Lofty CRM or similar lead management platforms is a significant plus.
