We are seeking a technically skilled and independent Graphic and Art Designer to join our team for 20 hours per week. This is not a "Canva" role. We are looking for a professional who is deeply proficient in the Adobe Creative Suite and understands the technical nuances of both digital assets and print production. You should be comfortable taking a creative concept and seeing it through to a flawless, production-ready finish without hand-holding.

You will be responsible for bridging the gap between raw creative design and final execution. This role is a hybrid of technical artworking—ensuring designs are mathematically and technically perfect for print—and creative graphic design for digital and marketing platforms.

• Monday to Friday, 9:00AM to 1:00 PM UK Time

Responsibilities

Technical Artworking & Production

• Preparing designs for production, ensuring correct color modes (CMYK/Pantone), bleed settings, and high-resolution exports.
• Scaling and artworking designs for trade shows and large-scale displays.
• Setting up illustrations for sticker sheets, including complex bleed and die-line requirements.
• Refining and resizing existing designs for various outputs.

Graphic Design & Digital Assets

• Creating website banners and social media assets (Reels, posts, etc.) based on provided direction.
• Producing simple animations using Adobe Photoshop.
• Developing and continuously updating a comprehensive design catalog.
• Designing leaflets, flyers, and promotional print collateral.
• Assisting in the creation of brand packs and the systematic organization of all brand assets and design files.

Requirements

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop is non-negotiable. APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED.
• Ability to take a brief and execute it independently. We are looking for a "plug-and-play" teammate, not a student.
• A deep understanding of print specifications (bleed, resolution, vector vs. raster, etc.).
• You must have your own computer capable of running the latest Adobe software and a high-speed internet connection for downloading/uploading large files.
• An eagle eye for alignment, typos, and technical errors.
• While this is a technical role, a background in creative design is a significant plus.
