Job Overview
Our client is seeking a creative and data-driven Personal Brand Content Strategist to oversee the organic social presence for a high-impact personal brand (135K+ followers). Your mission is to develop a strategic ecosystem across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn that seamlessly guides followers through a full-funnel journey—from initial awareness to high-ticket sales calls or automated mid-ticket offers. This role requires a master storyteller who can blend warm, conversational copy with strategic lead nurturing and light video editing. You will work directly with the founder to amplify her voice and ensure the community feels heard, supported, and ready to take the next step in their journey.

Responsibilities
- Funnel Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic content plan across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn designed to move followers from top-of-funnel awareness to sales calls or landing page conversions.
- Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Write engaging reel scripts with high-retention hooks and storytelling formats tailored for virality and reach.
- Content Production: Create and schedule diverse content types including carousels, B-roll videos, and repurposed posts; perform light video editing for short-form content.
- Email Marketing: Plan and execute nurture campaigns that support lead conversion and align with social media promotional cycles.
- Community Management: Manage DMs and comments, ensuring that even automated bot responses maintain an authentic, human, and warm brand voice.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor content metrics to refine strategies, focusing on what specifically drives both engagement and bottom-line conversions.
- Collaborative Alignment: Work closely with the founder (Kate) during overlapping PST hours for script feedback and strategic reviews.
Requirements
- Niche Experience: Proven experience in content strategy for personal brands, coaches, or influencers, preferably in Mental Health, Emotional Wellness, or similar high-empathy niches.
- Funnel Mastery: Deep understanding of organic social media funnels and the mechanics of moving an audience from awareness to purchase.
- Brand Voice: Ability to write in a warm, conversational, and relatable tone, avoiding overly formal or "corporate" language.
- Adaptability: Quick learner capable of absorbing complex subject matter and reflecting the brand’s voice within a short ramp-up period.
- AI Integration: Comfortable using AI as a support tool while maintaining original, human-sounding and emotionally resonant output.
- Communication: High level of attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
