We’re seeking candidates with at least 1 year of estimating experience in commercial and multifamily take-offs, strong proficiency in Excel and drafting tools like AutoCAD or Revit, and the ability to confidently interpret construction plans. A sharp eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to quickly master Planswift are essential. You should also have excellent English communication skills and be available to work US Eastern Time hours. If you have a portfolio that showcases your estimating or technical drawing work, we’d love to see it—this is a key part of the application process.
Schedule

• Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (US Eastern Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

 Scope 

• End-to-end estimation for exterior projects (roofing, siding and similar works)
• Residential houses and townhomes
• Commercial multifamily projects
• Material and labor calculations
• Documentation and reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Perform complete estimation work using the Planswift software
• Calculate material quantities and labor requirements for siding projects
• Review and analyze construction plans for residential and commercial projects
• Create detailed estimation documentation
• Follow company-specific estimation processes and methodologies

Requirements

• Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an estimator doing commercial and multifamily take-offs
• Strong attention to detail and precision in creating technical drawings. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO)
• Diploma or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field.
• Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans
• Quick learner capable of mastering the Planswift software
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
• Excellent English communication skills
• Available to work US Eastern Time zone hours
