We’re seeking an experienced HubSpot Implementation & CRM Solutions Consultant to support client-facing CRM projects, system builds, and ongoing HubSpot optimisation work across a growing portfolio of B2B clients.
This is not a basic CRM admin role. This is a hands-on implementation and consulting position, suited to someone who has worked in an agency, consulting, or high-intensity CRM environment and is confident owning HubSpot systems end-to-end.
You will act as both a technical implementer and client-facing consultant, helping businesses design, fix, and scale their HubSpot environments.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Perth Time with an hour unpaid break, 40 hours a week
Responsibilities:
Client Consulting & Solution Design
- Work directly with clients to understand CRM requirements and business processes
- Translate business needs into structured HubSpot solutions
- Provide guidance on CRM structure, automation strategy, and optimisation opportunities
- Communicate technical concepts in a clear, client-friendly way
- Act as a trusted HubSpot advisor across multiple client projects
HubSpot Implementation & Build Work
- Build and configure HubSpot workflows, automation, and sequences
- Create and manage lists, segmentation, and complex data queries
- Set up and optimise pipelines, lifecycle stages, and CRM architecture
- Implement new HubSpot systems for clients (end-to-end setup and configuration)
- Diagnose and fix broken workflows, errors, and system inefficiencies
CRM Data, Reporting & Optimisation
- Build dashboards and reporting frameworks inside HubSpot
- Manage data imports, mapping, cleanup, and validation
- Ensure CRM data integrity and eliminate duplication issues
- Continuously improve CRM performance, usability, and automation efficiency
Project Delivery & Execution
- Deliver HubSpot implementation and optimisation projects from start to finish
- Manage multiple client systems simultaneously
- Ensure high-quality execution across CRM builds and improvements
- Support ongoing enhancement of client CRM environments
Future Systems & Capability Development
- Contribute to building scalable CRM service and delivery capability
- Help standardise HubSpot implementation processes and frameworks
- Improve workflows, templates, and automation structures for repeatable delivery
- Support the evolution of CRM consulting services within the business
Requirements:
Must Have Experience
- 3+ years hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM (advanced user level)
- Proven experience building HubSpot workflows, automation, and systems
- Experience in CRM implementation or agency-style HubSpot delivery work
- Strong ability to build lists, segmentation, and data queries in HubSpot
- Experience in CRM reporting and dashboard creation
- Strong understanding of CRM architecture, pipelines, and lifecycle stages
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving HubSpot system issues
- Client-facing experience in CRM consulting or technical support environments
- Background in B2B SaaS, digital agency, or CRM-heavy environments
- Experience improving or building operational systems and workflows
- Hands-on use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT or similar) for workflow design or productivity
- HubSpot certifications (CRM / Operations Hub / Marketing Hub preferred)
- Work closely with clients across implementation and optimisation projects
- Exposure to multiple industries and CRM environments
