Job Description:
You’ll act as the operational and administrative support for a busy coaching and coordination business while assisting with light marketing tasks. From managing inbox communications to organizing content and supporting execution, your work will directly contribute to smoother operations and stronger brand visibility.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, and comfortable balancing administrative responsibilities with creative support tasks.
Client Overview:
Join a growing Disability Coaching and Coordination business supporting both NDIS and private clients across Australia. The business is focused on delivering meaningful impact through client support, advocacy, and coaching, while also building a strong and consistent public presence.
This role plays a key part in supporting daily operations while helping bring structure and consistency to the brand’s communication and content efforts.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, flexible during the client’s business hours (Australian Eastern Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support
- Manage and maintain the business inbox, including drafting and sending replies
- Provide general administrative support, including task tracking and follow-ups
- Assist with client coordination and scheduling tasks
- Organize files, notes, and internal documentation
- Content & Marketing Support
- Schedule and publish social media content across platforms
- Maintain and update a structured content calendar
- Assist in executing content strategies for a consistent online presence
- Support basic marketing initiatives as directed
- Planning & Organization
- Organize ideas and meeting notes into clear, actionable plans
- Translate verbal direction into structured documents and workflows
- Participate in weekly collaborative planning sessions
- Ensure follow-through on action items discussed in meetings
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role
- Exposure to social media or basic marketing tasks
- Strong written communication skills
- Close attention to detail, especially when handling sensitive information
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Willingness to learn about the disability services and the NDIS sector
