You’ll play a crucial part in financial decision-making, tax compliance, and driving the company’s growth trajectory.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, can start from 9am - 10am Brisbane, Australian Eastern Standard Time (20 hours a week)

• Master Xero to perform comprehensive bookkeeping tasks
• Ensure pinpoint accuracy through regular account reconciliations
• Streamline document management using Dex and HubDoc
• Craft timely and precise Business Activity Statements (BAS)
• Provide critical financial insights to support business decisions
• Adapt to evolving business needs and take on additional financial tasks

• Must have dual monitor set up
  
• Xero proficiency and enthusiasm for cloud-based accounting
• Hands-on experience with Dex and HubDoc
• Sharp understanding of Australian tax regulations, especially BAS
• Up-to-date antivirus software to ensure data security
  
• Eagle-eye for detail in financial record-keeping
• Strong communicator, adept at translating financial data for non-experts
• Self-starter with excellent time management skills
• Readiness to engage in initial on-site training before transitioning to remote work
