Job Overview

Our client is looking for a versatile Social Media & Graphic Design Assistant to drive engagement and growth across multiple business ventures. Initially focusing on a poker club business—with future expansion into wedding services and western wear—you will be a key driver of the brand's online presence. This role is a blend of creative design, strategic social media management, and essential administrative support. 

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, Flexible within Central Daylight Time (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Create graphics and marketing materials using Canva; manage a posting schedule of 3-4 posts per day on Facebook and Instagram using Buffer.
• Monitor and respond to inquiries and comments on social platforms; handle customer service communications and email management.
• Manage and monitor PPC campaigns through Facebook Meta Business Suite and Google Ads; engage in relevant Facebook groups to increase business exposure.
• Organize daily video and photo content to determine what should be sent to the video editor for professional editing.
• Handle general administrative tasks and customer relationship management (CRM); monitor campaign performance and provide feedback on results.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Canva for graphic design and marketing material creation.
• Experience with social media management, particularly Facebook and Instagram.
• Knowledge of Buffer or similar social media scheduling tools.
• Understanding of PPC advertising (Facebook Meta Business Suite, Google Ads).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Administrative and organizational abilities with basic video content assessment skills.

Scope

• Part-time position: 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday-Friday).
• Initially focused on a poker club business with potential expansion to other business entities.
• Direct collaboration with business owners, video editors, and software engineers.
• Results expected within 30 days, with immediate impact on business growth.
