Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling and coordinate availability with artists operating on non-traditional working hours
• Handle client follow-ups via text-based communication in Hebrew to ensure timely responses
• Track and manage client payments, invoicing, and financial records using the company's Israeli invoicing system
• Organize and maintain files, spreadsheets, and documentation within Google Workspace
• Serve as a reliable point of contact for artists' day-to-day needs and inquiries
• Support the overall workflow by collaborating closely with the business owner as a team partner

Requirements:

• Proficiency in written Hebrew, including understanding of gender-specific language nuances
• Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace (Google Drive, Google Sheets)
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written communication skills with a personable and approachable tone
• High level of attention to detail, particularly when handling financial records and translations
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in a collaborative environment.
• Preferably seeking a candidate who is adaptable and demonstrates a genuine passion for music and can naturally build strong, relatable connections with clients 

Scope:

• Part-time role at approximately 20 hours per week with flexibility across the day
• Text-based communication only; no phone calls required
• Availability during afternoon and evening hours to align with artists' schedules
• Work within the rock and metal music industry, engaging with younger clientele in their twenties and thirties
• Collaborate directly with the business owner in a team-oriented, non-hierarchical working dynamic
