Our client is seeking a dedicated Social Media Marketing Specialist to lead and grow their professional presence on LinkedIn. This role is a blend of organic brand building and performance-driven paid campaigns. You will be responsible for managing both the corporate page and the CEO’s personal profile, turning LinkedIn into a powerful engine for community engagement and lead generation. The ideal candidate is a proactive, professional communicator who understands the nuances of B2B marketing and can navigate the platform to drive measurable growth.

Monday - Friday, Flexible hours within Eastern Time (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain consistent, high-quality content for both the company page and the CEO’s personal profile.
- Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase visibility, while maintaining a structured content calendar.
- Respond to comments, messages, and discussions to foster an active and professional community.
- Support and monitor LinkedIn paid advertising campaigns, including tracking performance metrics and spend.
- Conduct direct outreach and follow-ups via LinkedIn to support business conversion efforts.
- Track and report on key metrics including audience growth, engagement rates, and lead conversion performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing on all platforms, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
- Experience in community management and lead generation via social platforms.
- Strong understanding of both organic growth strategies and paid social media campaign management.
- Excellent written communication skills with the ability to adopt a professional and engaging brand voice.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to brand consistency.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Scope of Work
- Full management of LinkedIn content creation, scheduling, and publishing.
- Handling of engagement, direct messages, and specialized outreach activities.
- Monitoring LinkedIn ad performance and reporting on budget utilization.
- Potential expansion to additional platforms such as Instagram or other emerging social channels.
