Customer Service Representative

Overview

We are seeking a fluent English-speaking Customer Service Representative to handle all current customer-related needs. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our residential and commercial clients, assisting them by answering questions and scheduling service visits. You will be expected to multitask effectively throughout the day, communicating seamlessly across phone calls, emails, and text messaging platforms.

Please note: Comprehensive in-house training on pest control will be provided.

Schedule:

  • Mon - Fri 8:00 am - 4:30 pm

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers via incoming phone calls.
  • Manage communications across email, text platforms, and phone calls, multitasking throughout the day.
  • Provide pest control information and answer questions for current residential and commercial customers.
  • Schedule residential and commercial service visits using online routing software.
  • Enter new customer information and requested services into the computer system.
  • Update existing customer account information as needed.
  • Upload proposals, service agreements, and various documents to online customer accounts.
  • Conduct follow-up satisfaction phone calls to customers.

Requirements

  • Must be strictly fluent in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to maintain a professional, patient, and empathetic tone across phone, email, and text interactions.
  • Strong overall computer literacy, including experience navigating modern CRM (Customer Relationship Management) databases, ticketing systems, and digital communication platforms.
  • Proven ability to seamlessly transition between different screens and software (e.g., online routing software, email clients, text platforms, and VoIP phone systems) in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills when updating customer accounts, logging service requests, and uploading digital documents or proposals.
  • Quick learner who can easily adopt and master new, industry-specific software (such as online scheduling and routing tools).
