Job Overview
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Product Coordinator to manage an extensive digital catalog. This role involves maintaining approximately 3,000 product listings, optimizing content for search trends, and supporting marketing efforts during peak seasons.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM AEST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Manage and update WooCommerce product listings, including pricing, SKUs, and variable configurations
- Create composite product images using Canva or Photoshop by combining supplier photos of units and controllers
- Optimize listings for SEO, AEO, and voice search using AI tools and built-in website features
- Utilize bulk entry tools (e.g., Workeditor) to process large-scale catalog updates efficiently
- Execute email marketing and social media campaigns (Facebook/LinkedIn) during peak season (October–March)
- Monitor competitor pricing and margins to maintain market positioning
- Manage complex freight and shipping configurations within WooCommerce
- Collaborate with the web developer for advanced technical customizations
- Adapt listings as suppliers update models, accessories, and pricing throughout the year
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with WooCommerce management, including custom tabs and complex configurations
- Proficiency in image editing tools such as Canva or Photoshop
- Working knowledge of SEO, AEO, and voice search optimization for e-commerce
- Familiarity with AI tools for content optimization and workflow efficiency
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail under tight deadlines
