Our client is a growing B2B website design service company targeting small to medium-sized enterprises in the UK. They specialize in proactively creating websites for businesses that don't currently have an online presence and offering these completed designs directly to potential clients.

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to conduct cold calling campaigns and close sales for website design services. The role involves contacting UK-based businesses that don't have websites, presenting pre-built website solutions, and booking qualified prospects for sales demonstrations. This is an independent role with significant earning potential through a competitive commission structure on top of base salary.

• Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM GMT Client Timezone: Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)

Responsibilities 

• Conduct outbound cold calls to UK-based small and medium enterprises to offer website design services.
• Present value proposition to prospects by explaining that a website has already been created for their business.
• Book qualified prospects for Zoom sales presentations and demonstrations.
• Close sales across three service package tiers ranging from 300 to 1,000 pounds.
• Update and maintain notes in the company's custom CRM system.
• Work independently while maintaining regular communication with the team as needed.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact through to deal closure.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2-5 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales and cold calling.
• Demonstrated success selling to small and medium-sized enterprises.
• Excellent communication skills with clear and professional phone presence.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
• Experience closing sales and meeting revenue targets.

Nice-to-have Requirements

• Previous experience selling website design services or related digital products.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales pipeline management.
