Job Description
As a Sales & Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving new user acquisition through outbound outreach while also supporting customer success for existing users. You will manage the full outreach pipeline, track performance metrics, and contribute to refining sales processes as the business grows.
This role combines sales, marketing, and customer support responsibilities, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a results-driven mindset.
Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST (35 hours or more per week)

Responsibilities
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Conduct outbound sales calls to e-commerce creators and AI content producers
- Execute outreach campaigns to generate new leads across Australia and New Zealand
- Build awareness and interest in the platform through targeted communication
- Consistently meet monthly sign-up targets
Pipeline Management & Conversion
- Manage and nurture a pipeline of prospects using HubSpot CRM
- Track interactions, follow-ups, and deal progress
- Convert leads into active users through effective engagement
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities
Customer Support & Retention
- Provide customer service support to existing users
- Ensure user satisfaction and ongoing engagement with the platform
- Assist with onboarding and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain strong relationships to support retention
Payments & Reporting
- Process and manage client payments and subscriptions through Stripe
- Track and report on sales metrics, conversion rates, and outreach performance
- Provide regular updates on KPIs and pipeline progress
Strategy & Growth Support
- Collaborate directly with the founder to refine messaging and outreach strategies
- Contribute to building scalable sales processes
- Support the transition from early-stage growth to structured operations
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in outbound sales, SaaS sales, or subscription-based services
- Proficiency in HubSpot CRM for pipeline management
- Experience with Stripe or similar payment platforms
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
