Job Overview
Our client is looking for a proactive and experienced Marketing Operations Coordinator to support the marketing efforts of a growing trade services business. This role focuses on executing and managing marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, nurturing leads through the pipeline, and maintaining a strong and consistent online presence. The ideal candidate has prior experience working with trade services companies (e.g., plumbing, construction, electrical) and understands how to effectively target both residential and commercial audiences.

Responsibilities
- Marketing Content Distribution: Publish and distribute marketing copy across multiple platforms including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, email newsletters, Google My Business, and TikTok. Ensure consistent posting schedules aligned with the brand’s voice and goals.
- Social Media Management: Manage and maintain social media pages. Schedule posts, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience. Assist in content planning and campaign execution.
- Lead Management & Pipeline Support: Monitor incoming leads from marketing channels. Progress and track leads through the sales pipeline. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Marketing Performance Tracking: Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion metrics across platforms. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance. Recommend improvements based on data.
- Content Coordination: Assist in creating or repurposing content tailored to both commercial and residential audiences. Ensure alignment of messaging across all platforms.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing VA or similar role, preferably within the trade services industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Experience with email marketing tools and newsletter distribution.
- Familiarity with lead management / CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Nice-to-have
- Experience creating short-form video content (e.g., TikTok, Reels).
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar tools).
- Understanding of local service-based marketing strategies.
