Role Overview
You’ll be the driving force behind this cleaning company’s expansion, building their lead generation engine from scratch. This role requires a highly disciplined self-starter who can deliver results immediately without heavy supervision. You will work directly with the owner to identify and connect with prospects. Punctuality and a high level of professional accountability are non-negotiable for this role.

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM Eastern Time (EST), 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through strategic outreach and cold calling.
• Daily Reporting: Provide a documented list of leads and outreach results at the end of every shift.
• Set appointments with high-potential prospects.
• Work directly with the business owner to refine lead generation strategies.
• Utilize Monday.com CRM and lead generation tools effectively.
• Process Ownership: Independently research and implement the best tools and approaches as agreed upon with the owner.

Requirements

• Proven Lead Gen Experience: Must have a track record of building lead gen systems or managing high-volume outreach independently (without the need for external mentorship).
• Communication: Excellent English verbal skills for cold calling.
• Workspace: Must have a 100% noise-free professional workspace. Noise-canceling headphones are required, but a quiet environment free of pets or background noise is essential for cold calling.
• Punctuality: Must be logged in and ready for meetings exactly at 9:00 AM EST.
• Accountability: Ability to follow through on daily assignments (e.g., if a lead list is requested for the next day, it must be ready at the start of the shift).
• Familiarity with CRM systems (Monday.com is a plus).
