Our client is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to manage and convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients. In this role, you will guide prospects through the early stages of the migration journey—from initial contact to booking consultations—while maintaining a high level of professionalism and follow-through.

Our client is a professional migration services provider specializing in helping individuals and families navigate visa pathways and sponsorship opportunities. With a strong focus on client support and compliance, the business connects prospective migrants with expert legal guidance, offering structured processes to assess eligibility and move forward with confidence.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Sydney Time, with 30-minute paid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound outreach via calls, email, SMS, and WhatsApp to engage both raw and pre-qualified leads
• Guide prospective clients to complete the initial assessment form to determine visa eligibility
• Follow up with qualified leads and persuade them to book paid consultations with migration lawyers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and pipeline stages within the CRM
• Nurture relationships with leads through consistent, professional, and multi-channel communication
• Clearly communicate the value of sponsorship visa services to convert warm leads into paying clients

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound sales, lead qualification, or customer support roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone
• Ability to handle objections and guide hesitant prospects toward taking action
• High attention to detail in managing lead data and follow-up activities
• Comfortable working across multiple communication channels simultaneously
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
