Client Onboarding Coordinator

Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic client relations team in a high-growth environment. As a Client Relationship Support Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless client experiences from onboarding through ongoing service delivery. Working directly with an experienced Client Relationship Manager, you’ll help shape and improve our client service processes while contributing to the firm’s continued expansion.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm (US Eastern Time) with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Client Relationship Manager to execute smooth client onboarding processes
  • Create and manage professional engagement letters and service agreements
  • Configure and maintain recurring billing systems for client accounts
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proper project assignment and tracking
  • Maintain detailed client records and documentation
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and service delivery teams
  • Support the development and implementation of client service improvements

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of customer service or client relations experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Proficiency with business software and documentation systems
  • Experience in the financial services industry preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
