Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Social Media Content Creator to design and produce high-volume static social media posts for a growing portfolio of clients in the Australian skincare, cosmetics, and plastic surgery industries. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to follow strict brand guidelines, and a clear understanding or willingness to learn compliance requirements under APHRA and TGA advertising regulations. We need someone to design and create social media content using Canva. The work must strictly align with each client’s specific preferences and aesthetic style.
In addition, the clients will provide all branding assets, logos, and reference materials. The focus is on translating these into clean, consistent, and compliant social media content at scale. This is currently a part-time role producing approximately 200–250 posts per month across 20+ clients, with potential to transition into a full-time role as the business grows.

Responsibilities:
- Create static social media posts using Canva based on client-provided assets and branding
- Produce approximately 200–250 posts per month across multiple client accounts
- Ensure strict compliance with APHRA and TGA advertising guidelines
- Follow each client’s unique brand style, tone, and visual preferences
- Maintain high attention to detail across all content outputs
- Adapt designs for social media platforms (primarily Instagram and Facebook)
- Manage multiple client requirements simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Apply feedback and revisions accurately and efficiently
- Ensure all content is professional, visually consistent, and regulation-compliant
Requirements:
- Proven experience using Canva for social media content creation
- Strong attention to detail and design consistency
- Ability to follow strict brand guidelines and multiple client aesthetics
- Experience or familiarity with regulated industries (medical, skincare, cosmetics, aesthetics) is highly preferred
- Understanding of (or willingness to learn) APHRA and TGA advertising guidelines
- Ability to manage high-volume workloads (200–250 posts/month)
- Strong time management and ability to work independently
- Good communication skills and responsiveness to feedback
