Role Overview The Inside Sales & Growth Specialist is a revenue-focused role designed to act as the owner's "right hand" in the sales process. The primary goal is to lift approximately 90% of the sales strategy and follow-up tasks from the owner. This specialist will manage leads from initial inquiry through the pipeline until they are ready for the estimate stage, ensuring a consistent flow of clients.

Work Schedule

  • Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week to start, with a potential to grow into full-time).
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, flexible within client's business hours (Ontario Time).
  • Flexibility: Hours can be distributed throughout the week (e.g., half-days or specific blocks) as long as leads are worked consistently and do not remain stagnant.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Conversion & "Zero Stagnation" Management:
    • Monitor the Housecall Pro pipeline daily to ensure no lead remains stagnant for more than 24 hours.
    • Proactively follow up with "Sent" but "Unsigned" estimates to move them toward a close.
    • Conduct initial sales conversations to qualify leads and educate them on company offerings.
  • Sales Strategy & Support:
    • Take ownership of 90% of the sales coordination to reduce the owner's administrative burden.
    • Prepare detailed project proposals based on field technician notes and local requirements.
    • Re-engage "lost" or aged leads through targeted SMS and email campaigns.
  • Reputation & Brand Presence:
    • Manage Google Business Profile reviews to build trust through timely and professional responses.
    • Implement strategies to increase the volume of 5-star reviews following completed services.
    • Schedule social media content to showcase completed projects and customer testimonials.

Technical & Specialized Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: Must have a strong understanding of North American housing construction, weather conditions, and insulation needs (Spray Foam and general insulation).
  • CRM Proficiency: Mandatory experience with Housecall Pro.
  • Communication: Exceptional persuasive writing and verbal skills; must be able to write to "close," not just enter data.
  • Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and Google Business Profile management.
