Overview
We are looking for a "puzzle solver" to join our team. Your main job is to organize our daily service routes using logic and common sense. You won't just be entering data—you’ll be looking at maps and schedules to find the fastest, smartest way for our team to get their work done.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time (Miami, Florida) | 20+ hours per week

• With the potential to scale to full-time (40 hours per week) during busy periods and when management is away
  

Responsibilities

• Review and prioritize service requests based on geographic location, technician skill sets, and appointment urgency
• Use logical reasoning to organize daily routes that minimize drive time and fuel costs while maximizing the number of completed jobs
• Proactively shift schedules in response to traffic, cancellations, or emergency calls to ensure the day remains productive
• Process incoming quote requests and send professional, accurate estimates using the Jobber system
• Monitor pending quotes and follow up with clients to move them into the active schedule
• Manage all customer emails and phone calls during high-volume periods with a "bubbly" yet professional and efficient personality
• Act as the primary link between the field technicians and the office, relaying schedule changes clearly and quickly
• Maintain organized records of project documentation and client history
• Handle routine administrative tasks independently, allowing upper management to focus on sales and high-level strategy

Requirements

• You can look at a map and a list of tasks and naturally see the most efficient way to organize them
• You have excellent grammar and a professional voice (if you speak Spanish, that’s a plus!)
• You are comfortable talking to customers and stay positive even when it’s busy
• You don't need someone watching over your shoulder to get your work done accurately
• You’re good with computers and can learn our scheduling software quickly (bonus if you already know Jobber)
