  • Assist with quoting processes and administrative workflows for civil construction projects
  • Build and implement scalable business systems to improve operational efficiency
  • Handle customer communications and phone support to reduce owner workload
  • Monitor project costings and provide financial updates as role develops
  • Proactively identify process improvements and implement solutions without constant oversight

Requirements:
