Work Schedule: 20hrs per week, Monday - Friday, 9am to 1pm | Australian Eastern Time
Responsibilities:
- Update product catalogs using Adobe Illustrator templates
- Manage product migration and updates from Squarespace to Shopify
- Update cost and retail pricing data across systems
- Organize product descriptions and technical data in Google Drive
- Replicate catalog pages for varied finishes and upholstery options
- Provide administrative support to free up leadership for sales
Requirements:
- Familiarity with Squarespace or Shopify e-commerce platforms
- Basic skill in Adobe Illustrator (working with existing templates)
- Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel
- Exceptional attention to detail for repetitive data entry
- Previous experience in e-commerce or sales administration
