Job Overview
Our client is looking for a creative and technically skilled AI Digital Marketing Specialist to join their team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality short-form video content — primarily YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok videos — that showcases Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Energy Recovery Ventilators (ERVs). You will leverage AI-powered tools to efficiently create engaging, on-brand videos that educate the audience, drive product awareness, and generate qualified leads within the HVAC industry.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualize, script, and produce short-form video content for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and similar platforms, focused on AHU and ERV product lines.
- Use AI tools (such as RunwayML, Synthesia, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, or similar) to streamline video production, voiceovers, and editing workflows.
- Develop content that educates HVAC professionals and potential clients on product features, benefits, and industry applications.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align content with brand guidelines, campaign goals, and messaging priorities.
- Manage a content calendar and maintain a consistent publishing cadence across platforms.
- Monitor video performance metrics (views, engagement, CTR, leads) and optimise content strategy based on data insights.
- Stay up to date with trends in short-form video, AI content creation tools, and the HVAC/building services industry.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating short-form video content for digital platforms (portfolio or samples required).
- Hands-on proficiency with AI-powered content creation tools for video, audio, or graphic production.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices for YouTube Shorts, Reels, and TikTok.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging visual storytelling.
- Self-motivated with excellent time management skills — comfortable working independently in a part-time, remote capacity.
- Background or working knowledge in HVAC, mechanical engineering, or building services is a strong advantage.
- Experience with B2B marketing or industrial/technical product content.
- Familiarity with SEO principles for video content and keyword-optimized descriptions.
- Graphic design or motion graphics skills as a complement to video production.
