Job Description:
As a Cold Caller / Appointment Setter, you will conduct outbound calls to landowners using provided lead lists to identify potential selling opportunities. You will follow a structured script while maintaining a natural and conversational tone, particularly when engaging with an older demographic.
Your role is to qualify leads, gather key property details, and document all interactions accurately for the sales team to follow up and close deals.
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling & Lead Engagement
- Conduct outbound cold calls to vacant landowners across the United States
- Follow provided scripts while adapting conversations naturally
- Engage prospects in a professional and conversational manner
- Build rapport with landowners to encourage open discussions
Lead Qualification
- Gather key information including property details and desired selling price
- Identify motivated sellers and assess lead quality
- Ask relevant questions to determine selling intent
- Ensure all required information is captured accurately
Data & CRM Management
- Document call outcomes and prospect details accurately
- Maintain organised records for follow-up by the sales team
- Ensure all notes are clear, complete, and actionable
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in cold calling or appointment setting
- Experience in real estate, particularly land or property transactions preferred
- Strong verbal communication skills with a natural, conversational tone
- Ability to engage effectively with an older demographic
- High attention to detail when recording information
- Ability to work independently and manage call volume
- Comfortable using calling platforms such as JustCall or similar tools
