Job Overview
Our client is seeking an E-Commerce Marketing Specialist to support the growth of an emerging online lifestyle brand. This role will focus on creating strategic content, managing social media platforms, optimizing product listings, and implementing community engagement strategies to drive sales. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with the business owner to identify weaknesses in current marketing efforts and develop targeted solutions to drive conversions for a brand focused on slow living and ritual-based experiences.
Client Overview
The client operates an e-commerce business specializing in home decor and lifestyle products. The business is in its early stage, having launched two months ago, and is seeking to build brand awareness and drive conversions through strategic marketing efforts.
Schedule

Responsibilities
- Strategy Execution: Develop and execute creative marketing strategies across multiple platforms including Pinterest, Instagram, Google Ads, and potentially TikTok and LinkedIn.
- Content Management: Create, schedule, and post strategic content that resonates with the target audience and aligns with trending topics in the lifestyle space.
- Community Engagement: Conduct community engagement by reaching out to influencers, joining relevant groups, and moderating brand pages to increase visibility.
- Outreach: Send outreach direct messages to potential customers and collaborators to build connections and drive brand awareness.
- Platform Management: Manage and optimize product listings on e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon, including inventory management and product updates.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor campaign performance across platforms and provide strategic recommendations to improve conversion rates.
- Customer Interaction: Respond to customer inquiries and engage with the community to build brand loyalty.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the business owner to assess current marketing efforts and develop improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media marketing and content creation for e-commerce brands (Applications with portfolios will be prioritized).
- Strong knowledge of marketing strategies across multiple platforms (Pinterest, Instagram, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn).
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and Amazon, including product uploads and inventory management.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business owners.
- Understanding of marketing algorithms, SEO, and keyword optimization to maximize reach and engagement.
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
- Experience marketing lifestyle, home decor, or wellness brands with a focus on slow living or ritual-based products is a plus.
- Familiarity with influencer outreach and building collaborative partnerships.
- Experience with community management and moderating online groups or pages.
- Previous experience working with early-stage or bootstrap businesses.
