Job Overview
As the Customer Success Onboarding Specialist, you are the critical navigator for new clients entering our financial ecosystem. Our client is looking for someone for a role that is not just about support; it is about driving the conversion from a registered user to an active, funded trader. You will take full ownership of the onboarding lifecycle, expertly guiding customers through the complexities of KYC (Know Your Customer) and compliance verification. With over five years of experience in fintech or financial services, you will be expected to proactively identify stalled accounts, resolve technical or regulatory friction points, and maintain a high level of detail required for account funding and trade submission. You are the primary advocate for the customer, ensuring their first experience with our platform is seamless, compliant, and efficient.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CT, with 1 hour unpaid break (35 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through the full onboarding lifecycle, from account creation to funding and trade submission
- Monitor and follow up on account statuses to ensure customers complete each step of the process
- Answer customer inquiries related to compliance verification, KYC requirements, and account funding
- Proactively reach out to customers who are stalled or delayed in their onboarding journey
- Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions and account progress
- Identify common customer pain points and escalate recurring issues to the team
Requirements
- Experience in financial services or fintech
- Proven years of experience in a customer success or customer support role
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of attention to detail, especially around compliance-related processes
- Familiarity with KYC and account verification workflows
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the customer onboarding function
