They maintain a robust administrative team and are expanding to enhance calendar management and client coordination.
JOB OVERVIEW
This is a brand-new role created to ensure attorneys stay organized and on schedule for all hearings and appointments.
The successful candidate will serve as a virtual secretary, managing calendars, sending reminders, and coordinating communications between attorneys and clients.
This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to proactively keep legal professionals on task.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and update calendars for multiple attorneys across the firm.
Call attorneys to remind them of upcoming hearings, meetings, and appointments.
Send confirmation calls to clients and other parties to verify scheduled meetings with attorneys.
Research and provide directions or location information to clients for their appointments.
Create and manage follow-up communications through a dedicated email account.
Perform other administrative tasks as needed to support calendar operations.
MUST-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in calendar management and administrative support.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to conduct professional phone calls.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable using scheduling software and virtual communication tools.
NICE-TO-HAVE REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience working with legal professionals or law firms.
Familiarity with virtual phone systems and remote communication platforms.
