This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented professional looking to own the administrative operations of a growing practice.

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 20 hours per week (aligned with US time zones)

Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize client data and documents required for accounting and tax engagements
  • Email clients regarding outstanding files and follow up to ensure timely submissions
  • Schedule appointments and manage the business owner's calendar efficiently
  • Perform accurate data entry tasks to keep client records current and complete
  • Support day-to-day administrative operations to keep the business running smoothly
  • Assist with general correspondence and client communication on behalf of the firm

Requirements

  • Prior experience in an administrative or data entry support role
  • Strong written communication skills for professional client-facing emails
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of attention to detail, especially when handling client information
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, small business environment
