Job Overview
with our Paid Social Strategists, ensuring creative output directly supports campaign strategy, testing roadmaps, and performance goals.
This role suits someone who takes ownership of their output, thrives in a structured and fast-paced environment, and understands that in performance advertising, precision and consistency are just as important as creative flair.
Schedule: Monday - Friday during UK Business Hours
Key Responsibilities
● Produce up to 20 creative assets per day across Meta, Snapchat, and Google advertising platforms
● Deliver static, animated, and video creative in all required formats and platform specifications, including Stories, Reels, Display, and YouTube placements
● Maintain consistently high creative standards across all outputs — every asset should be polished, on-brand, and fit for performance
● Resize and adapt assets across multiple placements without compromising design quality or brand integrity
Brief & Workflow Management
● Receive, review, and action creative briefs submitted by Account Managers through the designated request management system — briefs outside this process will not be actioned
● Manage your daily brief queue efficiently, clearly communicating capacity, blockers, or unclear briefs to the Creative Strategist without delay
● Deliver all assets to agreed timelines, flagging risks proactively before deadlines are missed
● Keep brief statuses accurate and up to date within the workflow system at all times
Creative Strategy Support
● Work collaboratively with the Creative Strategist and Paid Social Strategists to understand testing roadmaps, audience strategies, and campaign objectives
● Produce creative variations that support structured A/B and multivariate testing across hooks, formats, messaging, and visual treatments
● Identify and flag early signs of creative fatigue based on direction from strategists, and respond quickly with fresh iterations
● Contribute ideas and executional solutions that align creative output with performance goals, not just aesthetic standards
Quality & Attention to Detail
● Review every asset thoroughly before submission — checking copy accuracy, brand alignment, platform spec compliance, and visual consistency
● Follow brand guidelines precisely across all client work with zero tolerance for errors that reach the approval stage
● Internalise feedback from the Creative Strategist efficiently to reduce revision rounds and improve first-draft accuracy over time
Collaboration & Process
● Operate strictly within the brief and approval process — no asset is submitted for publishing without Creative Strategist sign-off
● Attend regular check-ins with the Creative Strategist to align on priorities, quality benchmarks, and workflow improvements
● Build strong working knowledge of each client's brand, tone, and campaign direction over time to reduce briefing friction
Requirements
● 3+ years' experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally within a digital marketing, paid social, or performance creative environment (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
● Strong working knowledge of Meta, Snapchat, and Google ad formats, specs, and creative best practices
● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and/or Figma
● Demonstrated ability to produce high volumes of work to a consistently high standard
● Excellent organisational skills — able to manage multiple briefs across multiple clients simultaneously
● Exceptional attention to detail in design, copy accuracy, file management, and asset naming
● Understanding of performance creative principles — hooks, creative testing, format strategy — is a strong advantage
● Experience with brief or project management tools (e.g. Asana, Monday.com, Notion) is advantageous
● Comfortable working independently and managing your own time and output remotely
Personal Qualities
● Highly organised and reliable — you don't need to be chased and you don't miss things
● Detail-oriented by nature — you check your work before it leaves your hands
● Proactive communicator — you raise issues early, not after the fact
● Collaborative and receptive to feedback — you improve quickly and take direction well
● Passionate about performance creative and motivated by seeing your work deliver results
● Calm under volume — you can sustain quality output at pace without cutting corners
Ways of Working
● You are expected to be available and responsive during agreed core working hours
● All creative requests must be submitted via the designated request management system — no exceptions
● Assets must be delivered in the correct format and file naming convention as outlined in onboarding documentation
● No asset may be submitted for publishing without approval from the Creative Strategist or designated approver
● Consistent failure to meet daily output targets or quality standards may result in a review of the contract
