Job Description

As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for sourcing, filtering, and delivering high-quality prospect lists using Apollo.io. You will support a team of sales representatives by providing consistent daily lead volumes aligned with defined targeting criteria.

This role requires strong attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to follow structured processes to maintain lead quality and accuracy.

Schedule

  •  Monday to Friday  10:00 AM – 2:00 PM EST; 20 hours per week

Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Data Sourcing

  • Scrape and compile targeted prospect lists using Apollo.io
  • Identify leads based on defined ideal customer profiles
  • Ensure lead data is accurate, complete, and relevant
  • Maintain a structured and repeatable lead generation process

List Management & Segmentation

  • Filter and segment leads by industry verticals including healthcare facilities
  • Organize contacts across categories such as home healthcare, dental clinics, and medical centers
  • Avoid duplication through careful tracking and data management
  • Maintain clean and structured lead databases

Lead Distribution & Reporting

  • Deliver approximately 300 qualified contacts per day
  • Provide weekly delivery of approximately 1,500 contacts
  • Distribute leads evenly across three sales representatives
  • Ensure timely delivery aligned with sales outreach schedules

Requirements

  • Proficiency with Apollo.io for lead scraping and list building
  • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or data mining
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational skills for managing large datasets
