Join a fast-growing financial services firm as a critical link in the mortgage disbursement process. You will manage a high-volume pipeline, ensuring every case moves efficiently from submission to completion through rigorous follow-up and precise documentation.
Schedule: Full-Time (6 days per week) - Monday-Saturday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Manage a pipeline of active mortgage cases from submission to completion
- Conduct daily follow-ups on all active cases (no case left unattended beyond 2 business days)
- Log and submit cases accurately on bank portals (including income, DBR, LTV, and documentation)
- Review and verify client income documents (salary, bonuses, rental income, self-employed financials)
- Respond to bank queries and provide required documentation promptly
- Escalate delayed or stalled cases with banks
- Maintain real-time updates and accurate records within the CRM
- Identify correct customer profiles (e.g., resident vs non-resident, salaried vs self-employed)
- Ensure compliance with bank policies and lending criteria
Requirements
- Proven experience in mortgage operations, credit control, or home finance
- Strong understanding of DBR calculations, LTV ratios, and credit assessment
- Experience reviewing financial and income documentation
- Excellent written communication skills for professional bank correspondence
- Proficiency with CRM systems, Google Sheets, and email communication
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong follow-through mindset and accountability
