Creative AI Specialist

Overview:

The client specializes in digital marketing services, including Paid Social, PPC, Social Media, and Email Marketing Management with a focus on delivering ROI for clients.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible during the client’s business hours (UK Time, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

AI Prompt Development & Creative Generation

Generate high-quality creative outputs using AI tools and prompt frameworks. Responsibilities include:

  • Creating and refining prompts that generate high-quality creative outputs.
  • Producing creative concepts, ad scripts, hooks, messaging, and visual ideas.
  • Generating creative variations to support creative testing strategies.
  • Ensuring outputs are aligned with platform best practices (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
  • Optimising prompts to improve speed, quality, and consistency of outputs.
  • Supporting the Creative Strategist in executing creative testing roadmaps.

The role is focused on ensuring creative outputs are produced quickly, consistently, and at scale.

SOP Adherence & Process Execution

Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for creative generation. Responsibilities include:

  • Following structured processes for creative briefing and prompt generation.
  • Using established frameworks for creative ideation and production.
  • Maintaining consistency in the way prompts are structured and executed.
  • Ensuring all outputs align with internal creative and brand guidelines.

This ensures creative outputs remain scalable, repeatable, and reliable across the agency.

Quality Assurance (QA)

Ensure all creative outputs meet quality standards before delivery. Responsibilities include:

  • Reviewing AI-generated outputs to ensure accuracy, quality, and relevance.
  • Ensuring all outputs correctly reflect client messaging, brand tone, and positioning.
  • Checking outputs for language quality, factual accuracy, and brand compliance.
  • Making necessary prompt refinements to reduce errors or inconsistencies.
  • Ensuring outputs require minimal revisions once shared with clients or account teams.

The Prompt Engineer acts as a quality filter between AI outputs and client delivery.

Creative Production Support

Support the Creative Strategist and delivery teams in producing creative outputs. Responsibilities include:

  • Executing creative requests generated by the Creative Strategist or account teams.
  • Producing creative outputs in line with testing strategies and campaign timelines.
  • Ensuring creative outputs are delivered quickly and efficiently.
  • Supporting rapid iteration of creative ideas when performance insights require it.

This enables the agency to dramatically increase the volume of creative testing across accounts.

Prompt System Improvement

Continuously improve prompt frameworks and creative generation systems. Responsibilities include:

  • Documenting successful prompts and prompt frameworks.
  • Identifying ways to improve prompt structure and output quality.
  • Helping refine the agency’s AI creative workflows.
  • Sharing learnings with the Creative Strategist and wider team.

The role contributes to building a library of effective prompts and creative generation systems.

Cross-Business AI Support

While the primary focus of the role is creative production, the AI Prompt Engineer may support other AI initiatives across the business. This may include:

  • Supporting AI-driven workflow automation
  • Assisting with prompt frameworks for operational tasks
  • Supporting internal documentation or reporting tools
  • Helping test new AI tools and capabilities

This flexibility allows the agency to expand its AI capability over time.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Success in this role will be measured through speed, quality, and reliability of creative outputs.

Creative Output

● Volume of creative outputs generated per week/month

● Speed of delivery for creative requests

● Ability to generate multiple creative variations efficiently

● Low rate of internal revisions required

● Minimal client revision requests

● High alignment with client messaging and brand tone

Ideal Candidate Profile

Experience

● Experience using AI tools for content or creative generation

● Understanding of digital advertising creative

● Familiarity with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) is beneficial

● Experience working with structured workflows or SOPs

● Strong prompt writing and experimentation ability
