Growth Operations Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a high-impact Growth Operations Manager who can take full ownership of our digital ecosystem—driving both marketing performance and operational efficiency.

This is a strategic, hands-on role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, systems, and automation. You will not just execute tasks—you will own outcomes, identify inefficiencies, and continuously optimize systems to support scalable growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can think critically, act independently, and contribute meaningfully to business decisions and performance improvements.

Work Schedule: Flexible within client's business hours | Pacific Time

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Marketing Performance

  • Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and improve marketing ROI
  • Monitor, manage, and optimize:
    • Google Ads
    • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads
    • AdRoll campaigns
  • Ensure campaigns consistently meet or exceed ROAS targets (5:1 or higher)

Website & Funnel Optimization

  • Manage and optimize the WordPress website for speed, performance, and conversions
  • Build, maintain, and improve marketing funnels and customer journeys
  • Continuously test and improve conversion rates across digital touchpoints

Systems, CRM & Automation

  • Build and manage CRM systems (preferably Go High Level)
  • Create and optimize workflows for lead management, nurturing, and conversion
  • Implement and maintain automations using APIs, Zapier, webhooks, and integrations
  • Ensure all systems are connected, efficient, and scalable

Operational Efficiency & Strategy

  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve processes and workflows
  • Take ownership of the entire digital ecosystem—not just isolated tasks
  • Collaborate in strategy discussions and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Contribute ideas to improve business performance and scalability

Requirements

  • Proven, hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns with ROAS of 5:1 or higher
  • Strong experience with WordPress, CRM systems, and marketing funnels
  • Experience with API integrations, automation tools (Zapier, webhooks, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ownership of marketing performance and system outcomes
  • Ability to work independently and execute strategically
