Job Overview

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Meta Ads and Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, performance-focused, and experienced in driving leads, conversions, and ROI through paid digital channels. You will play a key role in scaling campaign performance, improving cost efficiency, and delivering measurable business growth.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible within Sydney business hours (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Research & Targeting: Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis.
  • Optimization: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversions.
  • Testing: Develop and implement A/B testing strategies for ads, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and generate regular reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Budgeting: Manage ad budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad copy and visuals.
  • Market Insights: Identify trends, insights, and opportunities for campaign scaling and optimization.
  • Tracking: Ensure proper tracking setup using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking systems.
  • Industry Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid media.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Meta Ads and/or Google Ads Specialist or Performance Marketer.
  • Strong hands-on experience managing paid campaigns with measurable results.
  • Solid understanding of PPC, conversion tracking, and funnel optimization.
  • Experience with Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and tag/pixel setup.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present performance insights clearly.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of landing page optimization is a plus.
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint is an advantage.
