Overview
Leverage your sales expertise in this dynamic role focused on driving growth through proactive outreach and relationship management. You will be the primary point of contact for customers and contractors, utilizing various communication platforms to promote products and close deals.
Schedule: Monday-Friday: 10am-6pm EST (7 hours per day, 1 hour unpaid break) Saturday: 12pm-6pm EST (6 hours) Sunday: Off Total: 41 hours
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to customers and contractors
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, text, and messaging platforms
- Maintain relationships with existing customers
- Promote product deals and specials
- Post product promotions on Facebook Marketplace and social media platforms
- Follow up with leads and customers to generate sales opportunities
- Assist in growing and maintaining the customer base
- Communicate customer needs and order details to the appropriate team
- Perform other related tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- 3-5 years of strong sales experience is required
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable making outbound and inbound calls
- Familiarity with Facebook Marketplace or social media messaging is a plus
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and computer
- Experience in HVAC, construction, or building supply industry is a plus
