Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable Customer Support & Appointment Setter to manage inbound inquiries, follow up with leads, and schedule service appointments. This role combines front-desk support and sales follow-up, ensuring all customer interactions are handled professionally and no opportunities are missed.
Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound calls and inquiries using dialer systems (e.g., QuickTalks)

Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion

Schedule appointments and coordinate service bookings

Log all client interactions accurately in the CRM (Jobber or similar)

Provide professional and friendly customer support

Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and warm leads

Maintain organized records of leads, bookings, and follow-ups

Support daily operations by managing scheduling and communication flow
Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills with a professional phone manner

Experience with dialer software (QuickTalks or similar preferred)

Familiarity with Jobber or similar CRM systems

Experience in sales, appointment setting, or customer support roles

Ability to work full-time during EST business hours
