Key Responsibilities
- Review and respond promptly to incoming emails and faxes regarding new referrals and LOPs received from law firms.
- Enter new referrals into MyCase as leads, ensuring accuracy and completeness of client information.
- Upload case-related documents into MyCase for proper recordkeeping and case tracking.
- Prepare, send, and manage LOP approval requests via email and fax to law firms.
- Track all pending requests, maintaining up-to-date records of correspondence and status updates.
- Follow up consistently with law firms by phone and email to obtain approvals in a timely manner.
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams to provide updates on the status of referrals and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with confidentiality and legal standards when handling sensitive client information.
- Support the team with additional administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Attention to Detail (High C): Accuracy in data entry, document management, and case tracking to avoid errors that could delay client services.
