Overview

Join a dynamic team dedicated to identifying high-impact investment opportunities and executing global transactions. In this role, you will dive deep into financial modeling and market research, collaborating across teams to analyze data and provide the insights needed for informed, end-to-end deal-making.

Schedule:

• Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday to Friday. Flexible hours with a required overlap with Central European Time (CET)

Responsibilities 

• Review financial data and build basic models
• Evaluate companies, industries, and market trends
• Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations
• Research companies and review business plans
• Help assess risks and opportunities
• Work with external partners (legal, financial, etc.)
• Support transaction processes (valuations, negotiations, closing)
• Help review contracts and investment terms
• Identify trends, sectors, and potential opportunities
• Track industry updates and their impact
• Attend events or networking sessions when needed
• Prepare materials for internal teams and leadership
• Keep data organized and up to date
• Collaborate with different team members across the investment process
• Support and guide junior team members when needed

Requirements 

• Degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Strong attention to detail and organization
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with a proactive mindset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism and integrity
