Job Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Sportswear / Product & Uniform Designer to support a growing tennis apparel brand. The role includes designing custom team uniforms as well as creating original in-house apparel designs for the brand’s product line.

The role requires someone who can work quickly, iterate based on feedback, and understand functional sportswear design for performance and aesthetics.

Schedule:

• Flexible Hours (Australia, Timezone) [It will start at 10 hours per week for the first few months, with potential to increase hours as we progress.]

Responsibilities:

• Design custom tennis and sports uniforms based on client briefs
• Create original apparel designs for brand collections
• Prepare production-ready design files for manufacturing
• Work closely with the founder on design direction and revisions
• Develop design concepts aligned with brand identity and market trends
• Support rapid design turnaround for client requests
• Adjust designs based on feedback and production requirements

Requirements:

• Experience in apparel / sportswear / activewear design
• Strong portfolio (sportswear or uniform design preferred)
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools
• Understanding of garment construction and production specs
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment
• Strong communication and responsiveness
