Multi-Client Social Media Manager

Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to support the execution and coordination of social media activity across multiple client accounts. This role is best suited for someone highly organized and comfortable managing posting schedules across various platforms.

Schedule:

  • Mon to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm EST with 1 hour break

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily content posting across multiple social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter)
  • Ensure content is posted accurately and on schedule across multiple client accounts
  • Follow and execute an established content calendar and posting process
  • Coordinate with internal team members to ensure content readiness
  • Maintain consistency in brand tone and formatting across accounts

Focus of the Role

  • Primary focus is content scheduling and posting
  • Opportunity to expand into strategy, content creation, and analytics over time based on performance and capability

Tools & Process

  • Existing content calendar system already in place
  • Established workflows and posting guidelines provided
  • Access to internal tools and client content assets

Ideal Candidate

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
  • Familiarity with major social media platforms and scheduling tools
  • Reliable, consistent, and able to follow structured processes
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-client environment
