Role Overview:
We are transitioning from primarily in-person and hybrid leadership development to a scalable digital learning model built on structured microlearning pathways and practice-based leadership development. Our project is focused on building a leadership learning ecosystem that enables organizations, particularly founder-led, family-owned, and small-to-mid-sized businesses, to develop leadership capacity at scale.
We are seeking a contract Learning Management Manager to support the proof-of-concept phase and help build the foundation for a scalable digital learning infrastructure. This role will centralize content, create structured learning pathways, automate learner journeys, set up client portals, support virtual delivery, and create reporting capabilities for clients.
This is a foundational role with an opportunity to expand as this Project scales.

- Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

Phase 1: Proof-of-Concept Focus
- Initial priorities include:
- Set up foundational LMS architecture
- Centralize initial learning content
- Build first structured microlearning pathways
- Configure automation workflows
- Establish reporting capabilities
- Create an initial client portal environment
- Support pilot client rollout
Primary Responsibilities:
LMS Setup & Platform Management
- Configure and manage the AbsorbLMS environment
- Establish learning architecture aligned with Project 2029
- Centralize existing CaPeesh learning content
- Create structured microlearning pathways
- Manage user roles, permissions, and access
- Manage the e-commerce of LMS
Learning Pathway Development
- Support the Instructional Design Lead in organizing and editing sequential learning pathways
- Configure course prerequisites and unlock logic
- Structure learning journeys by:
- Leadership level
- Organizational needs
- Development focus
- Maintain content organization and version control
Automation & Learner Journey Design
- Configure automation workflows:
- Enrollment
- Follow-up reminders
- Completion notifications
- Learning nudges
- Support learner onboarding experience
- Improve learner engagement and adoption
Client Portal Setup
- Create client-specific portals
- Configure multi-organization environments
- Manage access and permissions
- Support branded learning experiences where applicable
Virtual Learning Delivery Support
- Integrate live learning sessions with digital pathways
- Support blended learning experience
- Maintain continuity between asynchronous and live learning
Reporting & Analytics
- Configure reporting dashboards
- Track key learning metrics:
- Engagement
- Completion rates
- Participation
- Progress
- Support client reporting needs
E-commerce & Enrollment Support
- Support the e-commerce configuration
- Manage enrollment workflows
- Support subscription or cohort-based access
- Configure access permissions
Troubleshooting & Technical Support
- Support learner access issues
- Troubleshoot platform issues
- Develop basic user guidance documentation
- Provide internal team support
Required Experience:
- Strong experience with:
- AbsorbLMS (Preferred)
- LMS implementation and management
- Learning pathway design
- Automation workflows
- Experience with:

- Client portal configuration
