Outbound Sales Development Representative

Overview

Join our team as a proactive Appointment Setter dedicated to connecting with prospective clients and driving business growth. In this role, you will initiate professional conversations and manage schedules to ensure the business owner meets with high-potential leads.

Schedule: Part-time (20 hours/week). Flexible during client business hours, Monday to Friday (EST)

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to a provided list of prospects
  • Have clear, professional conversations to gauge interest and book meetings
  • Keep track of call outcomes, follow-ups, and scheduled appointments
  • Share a simple and clear overview of the service to encourage meetings
  • Meet daily and weekly activity and booking goals
  • Work closely with the business owner to improve scripts and outreach approach

Requirements

  • Experience with cold calling or appointment setting (ideally with U.S. clients)
  • Strong spoken English with a clear and professional tone
  • Comfortable handling objections and staying persistent
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • Organized and consistent with follow-ups and tracking
